Gingco developed together with the National Health Service and our cooperation partner Plan B solutions an advanced flexible office concept which was awarded twice in 2010 with the first price by the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) in the category „Impact on organisation and workplace and by the Premises & Facility Management (PFM) in the category „Partners in Business Change“.The British health organisation in Birmingham has been using Gingco.Net/Estate for room and workplace management. Desk sharing has been introduced in order to increase staffs flexibility and lower the costs by optimizing the surfaces.

The British subsidiary of the RWE concern has also chosen Gingco.Net/Estate. An Npower site was connected to its own system extremely quickly. Its use by further British branches is planned for this year.

National Health Service / Primary Care Trust (UK)
The British health organisation in Birmingham has been using Gingco.Net/Estate for room and workplace management since the middle of last year, replacing the existing DeskFlex system in the process. In the middle of January the regional agency in St Albans/London also chose us. What is interesting in this project, among other points, is the upcoming management of around 800 medical examination rooms for external doctors.

Together with our cooperative partner Siemens Enterprise Networks we have been able to engage the interest of the firm of Dürr. The new building in Bietigheim-Bissingen has been managed by Gingco.Net/Estate since January. The decision for Gingco.Net was principally also made because of the innovative Outlook plugins.

We are delighted to have as customers the Braunschweig Cultural Heritage Foundation. With Königslutter Cathedral this foundation administers what is certainly the oldest building equipped with modern booking software. In the forefront is the management of guided tours and events in the completely renovated historic monument.
