As part of a strategic co-operation agreement, Archibus will in future offer Gingco.Net/Estate as the booking module for hotel and conference room management. The customer can not only access both automatically updated floor plans of his property but also activate applications such as work orders and emergency management directly in Archibus via the common web interface.
The US software is the absolute market leader in facility management world-wide. Well over one million users world-wide manage an area of more than 1.6 billion square metres and 1.4 million buildings. Archibus/FM is distributed in Germany by ARCHIBUS Solution Center Germany Saarbrücken GmbH. Their manager Freimut Stockmar is confident about also making Archibus the number one CAFM system in Germany.

Gingco.Net New Media with new Swiss associated company
D+H Management AG of Zurich will be the new exclusive associated company for collaboration with Gingco.Net/Estate on the Swiss market. The innovative firm consults, plans, designs, realises and supports productive work areas throughout Switzerland for Hewlett Packard, Oracle Software, the Swiss Railway, and many others.
The holistic service support approach also includes data acquisition, planning and move management for customers over web-based CAFM systems. This IT portfolio is now to be expanded by the booking and room administration software of Gingco.Net/Estate.
