In the following you will find a list of system requirements for a typical Gingco.Net/Estate installation. These requirements can vary depending on customer-specific requirements, technical developments or the area of use.Client
- Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0 upwards, Firefox 3.0 upwards, Javascript and Cookies activated, Standard-ActiveX components are required for Internet Explorer 7.0 and lower
- Mail client: any HTML-capable mail client, see also groupware support
Application server
- Processor: minimum 2 GHz
- RAM: minimum 3 GB
- Hard disk: minimum 20 GB
- Operating system: Linux, MS Windows 2003 Server upwards
- HTTP-Server: Apache 2.2.x, IIS 6.0 upwards
- Scripting: PHP 5.2.6 upwards (inc. standard extensions)
- Clustering: is supported (Round Robin and Load balancing)
Database server (dedicated recommended)
- Processor: minimum 2 GHz
- RAM: minimum 3 GB
- Hard disk: minimum 40 GB
- DBMS: MySQL 5.1.x upwards, MSSQL Server 2005 upwards, Oracle 10g upwards
- Operating system: Linux, MS Windows 2003 Server upwards (with MSSQL)
